Located in a premium gated community, the villa is just steps from a clean, scenic beach. Shops, restaurants, malls, hospitals, and the airport are all within a short distance.
- The villa is designed as a mezzanine structure with a fully equipped kitchen and an attached dining area. A comfortable living space is located on the first level.
- It offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Four bedrooms are air-conditioned, while one is non-air-conditioned.
- All rooms are accessible via stairs.
- The swimming pool is private and exclusively available for guests staying at the property.
- Please note that the villa is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for elderly guests due to the presence of stairs.
- While the villa offers sea views from multiple areas, it is not a beachfront property. It is located just behind the beachfront, approximately 40 feet from the shore. The beach is public, not private.

The villa spans multiple levels, offering a comfortable and well-organized layout:
Ground floor: Includes a small garden, parking area, and caretaker quarters.
First floor: Main living space with all listed amenities (as shown in photos).
Second floor: Reserved for the owner’s occasional use; not accessible to guests.
Terrace: Guests can enjoy a bar area. For safety, children must be supervised at all times due to glass railings, ladders, and low-height walls. Access to the water tank ladder is strictly prohibited.
Guests have access to the ground floor, first floor, and terrace. The second floor is restricted for private use. Please review the property details for clarity on accessible areas.
Other things to note
Smoking is not permitted inside the house; guests may use balconies and are requested to dispose of cigarette buds responsibly.
Alcohol consumption is allowed within the property.
